Role:  Post-production / Visual Effects Producer

It was such a privilege to produce this piece, which was designed to be more of an experiential art installation than a commercial.  Plenty of technical challenges to figure out – and the fact that our tight schedule spanned the weekend of Hurricane Irene helped keep things interesting.

The Mill’s co-directors Rama Allen & Ryan McKenna shot all of the material using DSLR cameras and motion control timelapse rigs (!) in New York, Barcelona, and Paris.  The tireless Keith Sullivan brought everything together using Smoke.

Music and sound design were crafted by Henry Boy and Fall On Your Sword, in close collaboration with Rama.

We oversaw installation of the films into the 40 screens along the moving walkways at JFK airport’s American Airlines International terminal.  The most calming and beautiful ad you’ll ever see on your way to the gate.
